Task
Code Brewery’s relationship with Zenith Interiors began with supporting their ageing PHP website. After more than a year of reliable service, Zenith appointed us as their dedicated development partner and tasked us with building a completely new platform. The brief: a modern website reflecting their refreshed brand, capable of managing a catalogue of over 1,000 products, and flexible enough to handle substantial content across multiple regions.
Outcome
Zenith Interiors now operates a sophisticated Umbraco-powered platform that serves Australia, New Zealand, and Asia from a single content management system. The multi-region architecture shares or separates content as needed, including product information, pricing, and language variations.
Managing a catalogue of this scale required a custom bulk upload tool that captures each product’s descriptions, price ranges, categories, dimensions, lead times, finish swatches, imagery, related products, and associated projects. Visitors can navigate this extensive catalogue through advanced filtering across products, projects, news, resources, and site-wide search.
The platform also includes a custom EDM builder within the CMS, allowing the marketing team to generate HTML email campaigns ready for direct integration with their email software.
Phase 2 introduced an eCommerce solution for clearance stock across all three regions, complete with warehouse-specific inventory management, Stripe payment integration, and multi-currency support.
Future phases will add custom quoting functionality and integration with order fulfilment systems.
The result: Zenith controls virtually every aspect of their website through the CMS, with automation and streamlined management delivering significant time and labour cost savings.
