Through Sodali & Co, we partnered with BSP to deliver a multi-region website platform across seven South Pacific countries. Previously managed separately, the sites were consolidated into a unified system supporting consistent branding and user experience.

We designed and built a responsive platform with a flexible content block system, giving each country control while maintaining brand integrity. The solution uses a customised, secure WordPress framework with minimal plugins for scalability.

Features include country-specific CMS instances, shared data, calculators, feedback forms, branch/ATM maps, and ASX data integration.

Resene Paints, with Medium Rare Content, engaged Code Brewery to build a standalone website targeting DIY enthusiasts in New Zealand. The goal was to attract users with engaging content and guide them to resene.com for product information and purchases.

The site became a dedicated content hub with a modern design, featuring unified search across both sites, a paint calculator, embedded YouTube content, newsletter signup, user feedback, and social sharing. Built on a flexible WordPress content block system, it gives the team full control while avoiding plugin bloat. Code Brewery also provides ongoing hosting and secure support.

Code Brewery partnered with a Sydney start-up to bring WonderUs, a children’s wellbeing app, to market. The subscription-based app delivers sleep stories and audio content for a global audience across iOS and Android.

After reviewing the codebase, we enhanced both the app and back-end to ensure stability and scalability. Features include in-app purchases with coupons, an audio player with visuals, subscription tiers, content filtering, and notifications.

We also built a custom ASP.NET admin dashboard with APIs for content and user management, hosted on Microsoft Azure CDN for reliable global audio delivery.

We partnered with an agency to develop a hybrid app supporting people undergoing fertility treatment. Designed for iOS and Android, the app adapts seamlessly across mobile and tablet devices.

The MiFertility Plan App is a step-by-step calendar tool that helps users manage their treatment cycle. It allows users to record doctor-prescribed plans, set medication and appointment reminders, and receive notifications via the app or synced phone calendar. Additional features include sharing schedules with a partner, emailing plans to clinics, and accessing educational videos for Ferring fertility products.

We partnered with Bastion Brands to design and develop a native iOS app (iPhone and iPad) for Australians living with hereditary angioedema (HAE), with future Android expansion in mind. We collaborated closely with the design team across scoping, wireframing, and technical planning to align UX with functional requirements.

Key features include nominating emergency contacts during an attack, securely storing and sharing HAE Management Plans, recording attacks via visual body mapping and time tracking, and triggering audio and text alerts to notify nearby people when assistance is needed.

Code Brewery partnered with Cascade to deliver a bilingual (Arabic/English) website for the Saudi Ministry of Education, integrating Cascade’s strategy dashboards. The platform supports both right-to-left and left-to-right layouts, ensuring a seamless experience across all devices.

Security was critical, with SAML Active Directory integration and role-based access controlling secure content. Features include events and registrations, media libraries, polls, forums with moderation, a live Twitter feed, file repository, and real-time integration with Cascade’s software.

After successfully delivering the M5 Motorway website revamp, Code Brewery was re-engaged by Interlink Roads to build a bespoke intranet to streamline internal operations.

The platform supports complex workflows with advanced permission levels and an intuitive UX for all staff. Key features include leave requests with calendar integration, a staff directory with seating map, classifieds, document management, system authorisations, Active Directory integration, user notifications, and internal chat.

The result is a centralised system that replaced a fragmented set of manual processes across the organisation.

Following a successful tender, Code Brewery was engaged by the NSW Government to rebuild a web-based Role Description Builder used across all agencies. The tool streamlines role creation by integrating the NSW Public Sector Capability Framework and occupation-specific capability sets.

It enables hiring managers to input role details, ensuring consistency and compliance, while allowing users to save, revisit, and export accessible Word documents. The platform replaced a cumbersome manual process, improving efficiency and consistency across government recruitment.

The Source Bulk Foods engaged Code Brewery as its digital partner following a recommendation from Haeday, who reviewed the website and identified UX improvements to increase franchise enquiries and customer sales. We inherited the existing site and implemented key enhancements, including reduced clicks to cart, improved mobile responsiveness, faster load times, better product navigation, and closest store functionality within the store finder. We also migrated the payment gateway from Stripe to eWAY, supported myWorks integration, and now provide ongoing support through a monthly retainer.

Patisserie New York engaged Code Brewery to consolidate two legacy eCommerce websites into a single platform supporting both pick-up and delivery. Using a WooCommerce theme the client loved, we extended it with custom functionality to meet their operational requirements, saving time and cost on development.

We migrated content and user databases from both sites and developed features including automated reporting, cash-based ordering for Store Manager accounts, back-end reporting tools, a postcode delivery checker, and custom delivery date and time scheduling.

Code Brewery partnered with Zenith Interiors to replace their ageing PHP website with a modern, scalable Umbraco platform. The new multi-region site supports Australia, New Zealand, and Asia from one CMS, with flexible control over shared and localised content.

The platform manages a catalogue of more than 1,000 products, supported by a custom bulk upload tool and advanced filtering across products, projects, news, and resources. It also includes a custom EDM builder, with Phase 2 adding eCommerce functionality for clearance stock, multi-currency support, Stripe integration, and warehouse-specific inventory management.

Sudler Australia engaged Code Brewery to create a fun HTML5 game for their Christmas campaign.

Working within a tight budget and timeframe, we delivered a festive, Australian-themed responsive web game available to play across desktop and mobile devices.

Players guide a Surfing Santa up and down a wave, aiming to catch as many points as possible in one minute while staying balanced to avoid falling. The game also included social sharing functionality to help extend reach and engagement.

Code Brewery partnered with The Conscience Organisation to deliver a series of educational games for primary school students focused on maths and money. Designed for years 2–3, 3–4, and 5–6, each game offered age-appropriate learning experiences with increasing difficulty.

Features included drag-and-drop, click-to-select, number counters, and multiple-choice interactions. The games were built to work across desktop, mobile, and tablet devices, with fully responsive layouts and compatibility for inclusion in the Westpac Schools mobile app.
