Task
Having previously partnered with Interlink Roads on the M5 Motorway website revamp, Code Brewery was re-engaged to build a new intranet to streamline their internal processes.
Outcome
Interlink Roads now operates a fully bespoke intranet designed to coordinate workflows across all departments. The platform features complex permission structures and access levels to manage processes of varying sensitivity, all underpinned by a clean, simplified UX that works for staff regardless of their technical comfort level.
Key capabilities include leave request submission with calendar integration, a staff directory with dynamic seating map, company classifieds, a document management system, a system authorisation processing module, Active Directory integration, individual user notifications, and an internal chat messaging tool.
