CSL BehringNative iOS Medical App
Task
Working with Bastion Brands, we designed and developed a native iOS application for Australians living with hereditary angioedema (HAE). The goal was a reliable, user-friendly tool to help individuals manage their condition, particularly during high-risk or emergency situations, with the architecture designed to support Android expansion down the track.
Following a discovery and scoping phase, we developed detailed wireframes and provided technical recommendations to align the platform with both user needs and clinical considerations. We worked closely with the design team to ensure the user experience matched functional requirements before moving into development.
Outcome
The result is an intuitive mobile application that gives users immediate access to critical tools and information, helping them respond quickly during HAE attacks while supporting ongoing condition management.
The solution balances usability, accessibility, and security, ensuring sensitive health information is handled appropriately. Its scalable architecture positions the app for future enhancements, including cross-platform expansion.
