BSP Financial GroupMultinational Banking Websites

Task

Through our agency partner Sodali & Co, we were appointed to build a suite of multi-region websites for BSP, the largest financial services provider in the South Pacific, operating across Papua New Guinea, Fiji, Cook Islands, Samoa, Solomon Islands, Tonga, and Vanuatu.

Each country managed its own site independently, making brand consistency and a cohesive digital experience difficult to maintain. As part of a company-wide rebrand, BSP engaged Sodali and Code Brewery to consolidate their web presence: one unified platform, seven independently managed sites, and a seamless customer experience across the region.

Outcome
Following thorough technical scoping and design phases, we translated BSP’s updated brand guidelines into a modern, fully responsive website system built for both administrators and customers.

Rather than rigid page templates, we implemented a flexible custom content block system, giving BSP’s country administrators genuine control over layout and content without compromising brand integrity. The back end runs on a lean, highly customised WordPress framework: minimal plugin dependency, no heavy themes, and security-hardened architecture built for long-term scalability.

Key features delivered:

  • A unique CMS for each country, connected to a centralised system for shared data and functionality.
  • Custom-built calculators handling complex exchange rate conversions and multiple loan types.
  • Customer feedback forms covering enquiries, compliments, complaints, and job applications.
  • An interactive branch and ATM map with multi-pin filtering across all seven countries.
  • Live feeds from the ASX for market announcements and share prices.

BSP has since retained Code Brewery for ongoing maintenance and development, a partnership we’re proud to continue.
