Task

After winning a competitive pitch, we were engaged by corporate leasing company, Kingsmede, to consolidate multiple sites they had into a single, modern and beautiful website that reflected their business and helped improve their online lead conversion.

Outcome

Being a direct client, we had the pleasure of working with Kingsmede through our full digital project cycle; from conceptualisation and scoping, to design, development, launch and now ongoing support. Kingsmede have a proud history and great portfolio of corporate properties for lease, which they can now fully showcase through their new, responsive website.

We used Umbraco as the CMS platform to power their website, with a customised content module breakdown so that the site admin can create completely unique page layout combinations to fit their requirements. Some of the special site features include; customisable interactive Google Maps, distance based search functionality, contact forms linked to specific property managers, integration with third-party systems like their Microsoft Dynamics CRM and much more.
