InterlinkCompany Intranet

Task

After having previously done work with our friends at Interlink Roads in the revamp of the M5 Motorway website, we were re-engaged to build a new intranet for them to help them improve their internal processes.

Outcome

This was a big project, and we were involved from the start with a thorough technical scoping phase, through to design and development. The final product features a wide range of management tools including leave request submission forms and calendars, detailed staff contact information including dynamic seating map, company classifieds, a document management system, a system authorisation processing module, active directory integration, individual user notifications, a chat messaging tool and much, much more!

The completely bespoke intranet has a number of complex permission flows and access levels to co-ordinate processes of all types, and is underpinned by a very clean and simplified UX to ensure that it appeals to people across all departments of the company. This made for a very successful project, and happy client!
